Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

1.1 Scheduling: To book an A2B Notary appointment, clients are required to provide a minimum of 24-48 hours advance notice. While we strive to accommodate same-day call-ins, availability is not guaranteed.

1.2 Cancellation: Clients can cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment with a minimum of 12 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Failure to provide the required notice may result in cancellation fees, as outlined below.

Cancellation Fees:

2.1 Cancellation with Adequate Notice: Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling will not incur any fees, and their payment will be fully refunded.

2.2 Late Cancellation or No-Show: Clients who fail to provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellation or do not appear for the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

Refund Policy:

3.1 Non-Refundable Services: All payments made for A2B Notary Services are non-refundable except in circumstances where the service is canceled by A2B Notary.

3.2 Cancellation by A2B Notary: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable emergencies, clients will receive a full refund of the payment made for the affected service.

Service Scope:

4.1 Travel Area: A2B Notary operates within a designated service area. Please inquire about our coverage before scheduling an appointment outside this area.

4.2 Document Preparation: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all documents requiring notarization are appropriately prepared and ready for the appointment. Our Notaries are not authorized to provide legal advice or draft legal documents.

Liability:

5.1 Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality and privacy standards in handling all client information and documents, adhering to relevant legal regulations.

5.2 Errors or Omissions: While our Notaries take every precaution to ensure accuracy, A2B Notary is not liable for any errors or omissions in the notarization process.

Policy: Inadequate Customer Preparation and Fee Forfeiture

Identification and Document Requirements:

1.1 Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure they possess valid and acceptable identification and provide accurate and complete documents for notarization during the scheduled A2B Notary appointment.

1.2 Proper Identification: Clients must present government-issued photo identification that is current, unexpired, and contains the necessary information to identify the individual.

1.3 Accurate and Complete Documents: Clients must provide documents that require notarization in a complete, accurate, and legally appropriate format, ready for the notarization process.

Consequences of Inadequate Preparation:

2.1 Appointment Rescheduling: If a client arrives for the scheduled appointment without proper identification or incomplete documents, the Notary will be unable to proceed with the notarization.

2.2 Fee Forfeiture: Inadequate customer preparation resulting in the inability to complete the notarization will lead to forfeiture of the entire fee paid for the service.

Scheduling a New Appointment:

3.1 Additional Fee: Clients who need to reschedule their appointment due to inadequate preparation will be required to pay an additional fee for the new appointment.

3.2 Minimum Advance Notice: Clients must provide the minimum advance notice required for scheduling when rescheduling due to inadequate preparation.

4.1 Customer Support: A2B Notary customer support is available to assist clients with any questions or clarifications regarding the identification and document requirements before their scheduled appointment.
